Marketing Meeting Notes - September 13

Thanks to Jacob Andersen for his awesome marketing training meeting...

Cold Calls - fishbowl:
Jason Record has done these before - he will call people from the fishbowl to see if they keep their options open for making more money. He lets them know that there will be a drawing for the gift certificate that same week. If they keep their options open and have a minute or two, he will go into the interview script. Then he asks them if this is something they would want more information about.

Billboards -
No one has any openings in the billboards currently.

Flyers -
John and Jake have been having some pretty good success with flyers these past few weeks.

Home Meetings -
With all the supported meetings in our area, we probably shouldn't waste our time with them.

Financing:
Ways to find financing:
Home Equity loans
Student Loans (30,000 avail) - Approved Schools list
CFSEDloan.com
Title loan (portion of equity of vehicle - high interest rate)
Credit Cards
Help them by a property and the use a home equity loan
Stated income loan
Personal loans from family
As a last resort, you could have them bring leads to you as referrals (not as a colleague). These leads are yours and will not qualify the person. However, you agree to give them a % of the commission in credit until they have enough to purchase a product. Then you help them buy the product.

Scripts -
Careful, scripts need to be conversational.
Some peopel do not use scripts, they visit with the people.
Others like Marc gleeman's script that he uses in his weekly calls that you can dial into.
