Four Main Principles
Principle 1: Everyone makes a difference
You will directly affect the success of your business.
Do you add or take away from the experience of other colleagues or your customers.
No one can prevent you from choosing to be exceptional.
What kind of difference can you make.

Principle 2: Success is Built on Relationships
Relationship building is the most important objective in your business.
Approaching people - 3 foot rule - you need to be able to build a relationship quickly.

Principle 3: You must continually create value for others, and it doesn't have to cost a

penny
Write down something that you can do to create value without spending any money.
For example: Leave a note to someone. Leave take a candybar to a colleague or something.

Think of them on their birthday.

Principle 4: You can reinvent yourself regularly
Bring originality to what you do. You may feel like you are in a trench and feeling a bit

unmotivated. What can you do extra that will bring originality to your business?

You can make your life and your business into what you want it to be.
